That is the window that pops up...It says , A DHCP Server could not be contacted. Using cached lease information.
Then I just click OK. Everything is working fine, I was just wondering if anybody knows what or where this is comming from.

did you turn DHCP off on your router? Sounds like it can't obtain an IP address from your router, but is using the last address that it was able to obtain (which explains why you can connect).

No, I have DHCP Enabled any other thoughts ?
