Help! Unable to connect: You have no modem entries created,

and no network card present...I tried both soft and hard reset...not sure how to fix it.

What did I do wrong? Please help!!!!

Well first ..do you have your wifi turned on??Is the blue light on and iof so does the little tower at the very top of the screen have a little "halo" around it? I get that message if I try to access a web site and my wifi is off.

Did you just get your unit?
It took me a little while to figure out why it didn't work, oh yah and I also read the faq on this site.

Ignore that modem crap,
Open the Wlan Utility, and click 'Edit Wireless Profiles'
Then Click Network Adapters, and edit that to whatever you need,
other than that Configure Wirelss Networks should be picking up your network.

it could be that you have the built in messaging program set to check for new mail every few minutes, and it displays that message because it can't connect to the internet.

Before I did any further breaking of my axim I decided to go to a friends house that has wireless hooked up. I connected perfectly. No issues, questions or button clicks...I was just on.

So, it has to be here at my network at home. I'll try and figure it out. But if you have suggestions as to what the setup should be I would love to hear them :)
