Using X5/ppc2002, how does one install some commecially popular software (e.i, Acrobat Reader 2.0), via wireless internet-to-device without having to ActiveSync to a pc?

I posted this message in the hope that someone could help me find a cab file for Adobe Reader v1.0 when I was on the road couldn't find a PC to Sync to. I have since found a site that has the reader for an ARM H/PC which in following the directions below for installation will function just fine.

First, go to (you need not use the skweezer portal):

for the eula page and tap for the ARM processor; or, to obtain the cab file directly, use this address:

Once downloaded, installation is a snap. Caution, you MUST answer the installation pop-ups as below. If you make a mistake, abort the installation and try again. The procedure for answering the six installation pop-up messages follows:

1. "Warning!" message, Answer "Yes;"

2. "Unsupported device type" message, Answer "Yes;"

3. "Confirm file replace" message, Answer "No To All;" and,

4. "File Skipped" message will appear three times, Answer "No" to each of them.

Adobe Reader then installs and functions properly.
