Outlook wireless send & recieve buttons!!

Ok, im kind of new to this arena, but i have a question for all you. I have a axim x50, and can someone please tell me why my outlook send/recieve buttons are greyed out for wireless???
I set up separate accounts, and they work fine but are separate from my outlook on my axim?? does this make sense??

The outlook account that is on your pocket outlook is just used for syncing with your desktop outlook when you use ActiveSync. So there is no use for the "send/receive" button. So it is grayed out.
