Is possible to edit the register in order to change the MAC address of a WiFi card?.

To actually change it, the answer is no. A MAC address is like an identification number for a network device, so it's not editable. There are people out there who "get around" that, but it's generally used for illegal purposes, so we will not discuss it here.
