has anybody used this? does it work well enough to warrant purchase? i'm using an ad-hoc setup from my axim (netgear ma701) to my laptop (netgear ma401) in lieu of an access point (still waiting on broadband). can anyone recommend this or similar software? thanks so much!

Yes, I use it and it works fine. The documentation seemed a little slim but I had no problem getting it to find all my shares and map them for use on the Ax.

ON the other hand, I think most people on this site use the resco explorer for this feature. I think it's more expensive but also has a lot wider range of features than the pocketLAN program, so you may want to use the trial version of each before you decide.
