how to disable "Press ok to continue to loading the content of this page"?

When i using IE go to java web site

That dialog occurs whenever PIE is asked to display ActiveX controls (such as the Flash control or Windows Media Player ActiveX). MS put it in PIE because they were in a patent dispute with another company. MS won the case but unfortunately nobody told the devices team to remove it and it made it into release code for WM2003SE. MS have stated they plan to remove it with a future release. The only way around it is to disable Script support in PIE.

Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition software for Pocket PCs and Smartphones may display a prompt when loading ActiveX controls in a Web page. This prompt does not appear on previous versions of Windows Mobile platforms. This prompt will be removed from future builds of Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition software to work as it did before the change.
