I am not sure what i am doing wrong. I got my axim yday night. I made activesyn with my laptop. Infact I managed to install some maps on CF and tested with my GPS. Infact I transfered files from my laptop to pda through BT. These things went preety fast.
Then now i am stuck up. I thought connecting to my wireless router WG614 Should be a cake walk. I mean that my pda should recogonise automatically and was dreaming to go on web from pda.

I read through the tutorial and look i am missing something. My router is WG614 set for DHCP and for mixed b and g mode. Why my PDA is not recogonising it? Do i have to do some manual settings? My router working fine with my pda? sure being a newbie on pda i am missing something...

can somebody give some bullet points for me to get going..

I was just browsing the PDA with the tutorial.. I just went to WLAN utility in PDA ..Under the second tab" site" it says driver not loaded..is this something worry about... i am just curious is there a way to search for wireless networks in my PDA.. I am not getting my sleep without this today..please help

Usually when it refers to the driver not being loaded, it means that the wireless card is not enabled. Do you have the nic turned on?

I just went through the menus in my pda..i found wlan power being switched off...silly default setting..i switched it on..man..immediately my router appeared and connection estabilished..but i have 2 questions...i can't get in to webpage automatically from IE..do i have to do something..i am still going through text..any tips? btw what is nic?
