Ripping it all apart...

Has anyone ever taken their Axim with WiFi (in my case, an x50v) apart to look at its innards? I was thinking about adding on an external antenna for wardriving when it struck me that the only viable means of doing that would be to open the sucker up (or buy a CF card and do the same) and attach a pigtail to it that goes extermal.

Are there any projects or websites that anyone has stumbled across that might have information on this type of modification (either CF card or Axim modification)?

yes there is, I believe (if my memory serves me correctly) that www.x50v.it had something...checking...
