Bluetooth Query

This is not really a Axim query (even tho I have an x50V), just wondered if any of you have any thoughts regarding this.

I have a laptop, running WinXp and it has CF, SD and PCMCIA slots and having been searching an age to find a BLUETOOTH CF or PC card that has HID and A2DP profiles so that I can run a BT Mouse and a Stereo Headset, that I can also utilise VoIP such as Skype. I have spent the last couple of hours scouring the net and cannot find any such device listed with document to such attributes. Any body got any idea's?? The idea being that I don't want anything or as little as possible to protrude from the machine, like a USB Dongle!!!!

Many thanks!

I'm not an expert but if you can find a CF card using the Widcomm chipset then the updated stack should add the profiles you are looking for, in the same way as you can add the stereo profile to the X50.

http://www.broadcom.com/collateral/p...BTW-PB02-R.pdf gives the spec on the latest Widcomm / broadcom software for Windows, showing the supported profiles.

Good luck

Gordon
