Any way to tweak bluetooth speed?

Was transfering files between my axim and laptop. I was a little dissapointed to see the transfer speed be about 33.6k. Is this about normal? Is there any way to increase that speed?

I assume you're talking about 33.6KB/s not 33.6Kb/s. That's not a bad rate. I don't know of any way to tweak it off hand.

You could try and disable encryption (if it is enabled) and see if that speeds things up.

Bluetooth is very slooooooow. Not a lot you can do.
