Using the Axim X51v as a Cell Phone?

Are there any SDIO or Compact Flash Cell Phone Modem cards that can be used to use the Axim as a cell phone, or Do I have to carry around both an Axim and a cell?

I'd be interested to know this as well, but from what I've read/searched in the past, it doesn't look very good. There are a few GSM/GPRS CF cards, but they don't even use the PDA's audio system (so you'd need a separate wired headset plugged directly into the card). Not to mention a CF device would be useless to me anyway since I'll be using a Microdrive when I get around to getting an X51v.

My ideal device would be an SDIO GSM card that interfaced better with the PDA, but alas I don't think such a device exists.

This question has been asked and answered several times in this forum about the x50. Here's the short version...

Yes you can, but it sucks.

And no, there are no SD cards for this, they're all CF.
