Problem syncing travel software

I recently purchased Fizz Traveller 2 and cannot get it to sync(for the weather) to my X50v. Maybe it is not suppose to, but I do not know. What do you guys think about this software. I am not a big fan so far, but maybe some pointers can show me the light.
