How to get a 24h time, in stead of the am/pm one

I would like to get a 24 hour time on the screen in stead of the one with am and pm, does anybody know how to change this?
So it would be nice to see 16:00 in stead of 4:00.

Always read stuff that will make you look good if you die in the middle of it.
