Microsoft Outlook Web Access

I have an Axim X50V with Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition.

I am slowly becoming more proficient with the WI FI feature and occasionally surf the web when I am near a hot spot. One thing I have never been able to do is read my email messages via Microsoft Outlook Web Access. I can get to my inbox, but I cannot open any messages. I tried to get help from Dell, but no luck. I am wondering if is a problem with Pocket IE... maybe not allowing pop ups?? I have tried to figure out how to change the settings to allow them, but cannot figure out how to do it.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated since one of the reasons I purchased a new PDA with wireless capability was to enable me to check my email via the web.

I had the same problem with my office's Outlook web access. After much searching on this forum, google, etc. I finally realized that it had nothing to do with my Axim. The problem is because of the Outlook Web Mail Access software that was being used by my company. We had the Web Mail 2000 component working, which gave me this problem. After my company upgraded their mail server to 2003, everything is working perfectly fine now.

I know this is not a solution to your problem, but at least it might help you to know that it is not a problem with Axim. If you are working for a smaller organization, you might be able to convince them to upgrade their mail server to 2003. But if you work for a bigger organization then the upgrade to 2003, might not happen when you want it to happen.
