How to add "Connect to Internet via Phone" to my Bluetooth options?

I have been searching for this for a long time... but can't quite get the answer.

My Bluetooth "About" says Bluetooth for Windows CE BT-PPC/PE Version 1.0.0 Build 3701. I have been trying to use a dial up connection on a linked bluetooth phone (V330) to access the internet... I used the following tutorial:

Unfortunately, my PDA does not give me the highlighted option on that page of "connect to Internet via phone". When I try to discover what the V330 offers it says it only offers file sharing.

The V330 might not offer DUN(Dial up Networking) If it doesn't, your out of luck. I have a V551 and it works great.
