Windows programs on pocket pc?

Is there any way to run Windows programs on pocket pc on my x30?
I would like to run usaphotomaps(www.jdmcox.com)496kb. It is a great gps program that i'd like to run on my x30. any way to do this?

Why? There are GPS programs made specifically for PPC.

First of all its free, but most importantly it uses usgs topo maps downloaded from topozone.com. I use it on my laptop and it does everything I need it to do.

Can you tell me of a cheap program that does what usaphotomaps will do (usgs topo) and take up as little space as usapm?
