Big Smile Opera Browser Beta released for WM2003!

The CAB file is now downloadable from the Opera website. Even as a beta, it works MUCH better than PIE. YAY! Finally JAVA-based sites are accessible from an Axim x50v!

The WM2005 version is available as well.

You're just a tad bit late on the announcement but thanks for the heads up anyway! Welcome.

I downloaded the wm2003 version and it works great. But everthing is so tiny on my axim's screen. I don't see an option to increase font and image size. Am I missing something?

There is an option to maker it bigger or smaller. The only thing i dont like is the 45 day trail. I want to keep it free forever.

I found the zoom function. Works great. I'm also bummed that this browser is only a 45 day beta test. All I know is I won't be using PIE for the next 45 days.

I've been using it for a week or so. It isn't perfect, but then that's to be expected from PDA browsing. Helluva lot better than PIE though, as others have said.

i like it a lot... The User Interface still needs a bit of a polish, but I'm sure they'll sort that in the real version
This week I have been mostly listening to..... Short cummings audio

Nice!! I would try it, but I know that it would be hard to go back to PIE after 45 days... It shouldnt only be for 45 days!!! I hope the real version is free, after all, their desktop browser is free!!

Does $29 seem a little steep to anyone else?
Considering their PC browser is free...

How does Opera compare to PIE for saving and downloading sites for viewing offline?
