This might be slightly off topic.. but what do they send with the refurbs, if anything? My unit kept powering off randomly and they said it could be the battery or the unit itself. Hopefully they have the brains to include a battery if nothing else.

Or do you use a French version? I assume they have that available in Canada, since everything is requires it to be branded with both languages.

My refurb last one day. The screen flashed and nothing ever since. Back to Dell again...
