I can not seem to change what comes up in the Start Menu.

I check an item to "uncheck" it and get the error "unable to move that item"
Likewise if I try to add an item I get the error "Only 7 programs are allowed
in the Start Menu"

If I can not delete 1 can not add 1?

Wisbar Advance changes your Start Menu options. There's a trial availble but before you try that what's the icon you cannot uncheck?

Another thing to try would be using your file explorer to go to the Windows\Start Menu folder on your device, hold down your stylus on what you want to get rid of and choose delete from the popup.

Soft-reset is our Friend :

    

I had this problem to once, and all I had to do was re-align my screen, then do a soft reset....try that...it might work..
