Aximsitewifiicon "Can not connect" pop-up

Hi!
I'm getting a very frustrating problem. I'm turning off my Wi-Fi leaving the bluetooth on.
Every 5 minutes or so, I'm getting a pop-up message
***
Cannot Connect
Unable to connect: You have no modem entries created, and no network card present.
***
It's very annoying. Does anyone have the same problem and figured out how to get rid off it?
I'm using my PDA extensively as GPS. I can either turn the Wi-Fi on and have pop-ups about connection to network everytime i pass a house with wireless, or this stuff.
Please help

Thanks!!!

Do you email or other programs that automattically connect to the net to sync. I had my outlook emial set up to do this, and it was annoying.

Been seeing "Cannot connect..." for a couple of weeks. Tried checking PocketWeather settings for grabbing weather, ActiveSync settings, etc. Found this thread and noticed that one of my email accounts was set to check every 15 minutes. Don't know how that happened.

Solved!

Thanks.
