Exclamation Need help with Outlook conflict

I have a Dell Axim 5, which has Outlook 2000. So, that is also what is on my computer. I just bought a Dell Axim x30 on e-bay and want to transfer what is on the old PDA and my computer to the new one-- especially the pim data. When I tried to do a restore, I got a message indicating that I can't do it because the info from the Axim 5 comes from Outlook 2000. I have an installation CD, but the seller didn't include the Product Key. I have e-mailed him requesting it and haven't yet heard back. Any suggestions??

When I traded up from an x30 to x50 I didn't do a restore, I just plugged the x50 in and did a normal sync and the PIM info transfered. Of course, if you want your other software that's a different issue. You have to read the licensing to see if it transfers. But for the PIM it should just transfer over w/o any serial numbers needed. You shouldn't need anything from the ebay seller.

Same here, the PC keeps a copy and sends it to the PPC
X30, 512 SD card, and Dell keyboard.

What more do you need?
