Question Downgrade wm5 to win 2003?

Hi,

Can anyone advise me whether it is sensible to downgrade wm5 to previous version of windows mobile as it is difficult to install most software available with wm5?

Perhaps there is another solution to this problem?

If you have an x50 than you can downgrade, but not if you have an x51.

Even if someone could figure out how to do it. Without a backup battery, everytime you swapped your battery it would hard reset (assuming you have more than 1 battery).

If you have an x50 I would totaly advise it. I upgraded and downgraded a few times. I keep trying the latest tweaks, but it just can't cut it compared to Windows Mobile 2003.

Man I am glad i found you. After having so many reset and cussing with WM5 I have had it. I want to go back to WM 2003 SE. WM5 sucks! Could you show me how to downgrade to WM 2003 SE? I bought my X50V on Ebay and had no WM 2003SE disc for it; I went ahead and upgrade to WM5 thinking it is better because it is newer.:rolling:
Well now i do not have the disc to downgrade! could i have your copy so i can downgrade?

Thanks so much for the help
