WMP won't map buttons

For some reason it refuses to map the toggle screen button. It will actually open the application associated with the button isntead of remapping it. Also, i kinda like WMP9 better as it just played to local content in one tap, the first item, not like this digging through a menu for it. Anyways, help?

x50mid....obviously WM2003se

Easy answer, get TCPMP. Link in View MyPDA.
TCPMP can handle more file formats, as well.

Hehe, despite the solution, it is kinda annoying that i can't map the toggel screen on and off buttons...does any one now why when i tell it to assign the toggle screen button, it acts as if another program is open and freezes the "assign button" window (and therefore WMP unti i use swticher bar to close it) and then opens the program accossiated with the button i tried to map?

No, M$ sucks is not a valid answerl
