opera rocks my world!

On a recommendation from Ringo7, I installed Opera beta2 for wm2003se on my x50v. All I can say is that I will never use PIE again. Opera is much faster and renders pages much quicker. If you haven`t tried it out yet, I can't recommend any other PPC software more than opera.

I don't know how they got this browser working as fast as my desktop! Just great programming. PIE is like going back to dialup! Will never use it again.

Yeah it really needs to be able to handle long pages. It meeses up pretty bad. Besides that I see the future of Mobile browsing shining
Dell X50v with BT LG325, Belkin GPS, 1GB 60x Kingmax SD, 1GB Lexar 32x CF, 512MB Lexar SD and 256MB Lexar SD, I wish they would'nt release these so often. Every time a new one comes out I make sure I get it!!!

Minimo is very slow and rough, Opera is a lot more polished. Its the difference between alpha and beta software.

And I love the tabbed browsing

I installed it to sd, via the cab file (and cabinst). Although the cache does default to main mem. you can move the cache to sd but you have to edit the ini file

full instructions somewhere on aximsite

sorry.. my fault. It's the standard cab, but i have a wonderful bit of software called cabinst, which lets you choose where to install cab files. (and it's set to automatically run when you click on a cab file so i forgot it was there)
