Pocket Informant - easier than AF 8?

As a new person to this, I was wondering if Pocket Informant may be a little easier to use than Agenda Fusion 8. I want good contact management and scheduling, but for me, AF 8 looks a little more "busy" on the screen than I feel ok with right now.
Any ideas on this?

I use Pocket Informant, having also tried AF. Frankly I tend to find PI a little heavy on the payload side of things (does oodles of things I don't need - therefore slows the beast a lot). Having said that, I've tried quite a few simpler progs abd find myself coming back to PI. I'm an old Palmer, and I miss DateBK on that platform, but maybe someday I'll get more used to using more of PI strengths.

I've heard the AF is slightly better than PI for contact management, but for me the combination of PI with PocketBreeze comes as close to DateBk3/4/5 (and now 6, I see) as I can get.

Both have 30 day free trials. D/L and see for yourself. I've been a PI user for years. I think both programs are comprable, but PI's(WebIS) support is unbeatable
