Aximsitemobileicon Changing serial

I don't use any PocketPCs nor own one but I thought I'd post on Aximsite since I'm already a member.

At work we have rugged PPCs running Windows Mobile 2003. I have to change the serial number on the units. Is this possible? If so, how.

Thanks!

Why would you have to change the serial?

What model? There usually isn't a hard-coded intenal serial number on consumer Pocket PCs. The closest to that would be the MAC address in
units that have WiFi, and that cannot be changed.
