how can i use the built in camera.every button to press is there.except it doesnt have the image in the viewer. is there upgrade to this device .or it become useless after upgrade to latest software.

You have to make sure that's using the right firmware. There's a version 6315w and 6315i and 6315. W is the only one that has the camera support...
