Clearing the Today List

Hey guys, I just got my x50v and I after messing with it and testing out programs, my start button is full of programs of the start list. I want to clear it or somehow make it so no programs that i recently use show up. Is there a way? Thanks.

I use a scheduled, automated SKTools process to do this every morning just before my scheduled, automated Sprite Backup. The program history can also be cleared manually with SKTools. I know of no way to turn off the history. :(.

I think somewhere in Tweaks2k2.Net there is an option to disable the history...I'll check in a little bit for you.

I believe that Tweaks2K2.net also can clear the recent programs list, but not disable it. If you find otherwise, let us know.

Nope...wasn't there. There was something to clear it but that was it. I'll keep looking. I'm sure I saw something.

It used to be that moving the shortcuts out of \Start Menu\Programs\ would make it so the recent list was effectively disabled, but that is rather drastic, and a maintenance nightmare, in my opinion.

tweaks2k2.net, is that a website or some program I have to install? Any more help than just a name? Like a direct link to download or something like that. Thanks again guys!

It is a program that packages up a hundred or more tweaks. There is a link to it on my website (link below).
