Aximsitemobileicon Alternative to Outlook?

Wasn't really sure where to post this...

But I'm looking for an Alternative to Outlook, but has the same syncing features for the Axim (Perhaps, something not microsoft)

Messages, Calendar, Tasks, etc.

Anyone recomend anything?

Thanks

Well, you can get Mozzilla Thunderbird and Sunbird, then using Flich Sync you can sync the two to your axim. I haven't done it myself, but I know it can be done.
You see me? The one in the back? I'm a geek. A dork. A nerd. But you know what? This is who I am. So don't **** with me. I know when an OS doesn't work.

I'll look into that...

Thing is my outlook is all jacked up, and I've already tried fixing it....so I want something else

I used outlook before back with my old Casio, but I'd like to start using something similar to it with the Axim now

I realize this is not a helpful suggestion, but I have abandoned Outlook and IE on my PC and not longer ActiveSync with Outlook at all. My PDA is my main repository of PIM data.

My PDA is still my main repository of PIM data, but based to the recently made available WM5.2 for the X50V I have returned to ActiveSyncing PIM data with Outlook just in case .

I just wrote up a review of two programs that allow you to sync with Thunderbird. FinchSync is free, but awfully tricky to configure. In fact, ultimately I wasn't able to get it to work at all.

On the other hand, BirdieSync works great, but costs about $26, and requires ActiveSync to work, which makes me wonder if and when it will be upgraded to work with Windows Vista.
