When will Dell announce PPC 2003?

I looked att the Dell site (Sweden), and they have only made one small thing...changed to Microsoft Pocket PC 2003 software...
But they don't say witch..

I looked at Dell (usa) and they only had Pocket Pc Software 2002!
Does this mean that if i cancel my order today and reorder - will i get ppc2003?

The Dell site was inconsistent with 2002 showing most places & 2003 showing once that I could find. No info yet on the upgrade path/cost.
