I already have. Be prepared for it to take a while for them to figure it out.

I also placed the order, the guy I talked to was very fast about it and he actually knew what he was talking about. He said it would be shipped within the week as well so I wouldn't worry too much about the late shipping date, thats just cause its a new product.

I actually had to call twice. The first guy had no clue. The second call I made was with the part number. Big difference.

Now my fingers are crossed hoping that it comes with a compatible driver for my wifi cf card...

I somehow navigates the phone system and got "Handhelds" as a selection. Maybe that helps.

I called earlier this afternoon. I was on hold for about 10 mins before I got a live person, but Mike knew exactly what I wanted. I was given a ship date of 7/22. Nothing like hurrying up to wait .

When I ordered mine I had the part # and the guy said he'd been looking for it all day and said he was writing it down. I hope this helps someone out!

I don't understand, can someone tell me why they wouldn't just offer this as a purchasable download? Why take the time for physical delivery, and the money associated with CD's? I am sure there has got to be a logical explanation, I just can't think of it.

It would overwhelm Dell's site for one..not to mention all of the other additional goodies they are putting on the Cd's. (i.e VirusScan for PDA etc.)

Dell's site is slow enough rite now...that's why they don't even want to take orders for it on-line right now!

Yeah, that is what I figured. I just didn't think about it until after I posted, as I was trying to figure it out.
