Anyone know where it can be go hold of in the UK, nothing on the UK dell web site.
Ahhhh, have been waiting for what seems like ages and now its the 23rd and still no up-grade

Have you tried calling their support number for the UK? Here in the US, we are having to order via telephone.....at least for now anyhow.

you might want to try and call your toll free number and ask them. I am sure they are all in a frenzy fielding questions so it might be a few days till you actually get a correct answer though, you might wanna just wait and call next week

I rang Dell UK and was helpfully told "no theres no upgrade available from dell for ppc 2003 it will be a free download from microsoft in a few weeks" when i then asked but what about Axim specific functions/settings i was told "no theres no need for anything like that its just an upgrade" well thats the biggest load of oblox ive ever heard, it would have been more useful to tell the truth and say sorry i dont know.

Cmon Dell sort yourselves out!

You might call back in hopes of getting a rep that is "in the know". There are also some US reps that don't have a clue about the OS upgrade.
