Can us UK users purchase the PPC 2003 Upgrade? I see in the States they can for $29.99.

Any joy for UK Ax Users. I've had my Ax since Feb & want to upgrade.

Phoned dell sales this morning, they said that I WILL not get the free upgrade even though i'm within the time period and that it isnt avaiable in Europe yet, I asked him when and he said he cannot tell me that.

I think you should get a second opinion. I was under the impression that anyone with the time period is eligilble for upgrade.

I had the misfortune of buying the Axim JUST A WEEK back and i came with the PPC2002 software :((
Do you know if I would qualify for a free upgrade to the 2003 version?

yeah you will qualify, from May23 onwards..

shall post my results from the call to them tomorrow also :)
