Bought my dell on 6/7/03. I called Home and Office Customer Care at 1-800-624-9897, press #4, press #4 and waited 5 minutes and got through. Gave rep my service tag #, told him I qualifed for the free upgrqade, he said it will be sent in 2-5 business days. Order already on website. Status shows payment method: revenue adjustment. Ya, he was able to get a free upgrade becaue he ordered his Ax before I think its May? (not sure) So everyone else who didn't order it after May is not eligible for the free upgrade.. it costs around $30,
Huh? Your sentence there contradicted itself, or something, it did not make any sense. I purchased the Axim on May 22nd, however it did not arive untill after May 22nd, do I have to pay for the upgrade?
