Sorry, if this question has been definitively answered elsewhere, but is it only possible to order Windows Mobile 2003 by phone?

I know that Dell mentioned something about not making it available online, but I thought that was to mean that it wouldn't be available as a download, I would assume that it would still be available as an online purchase. Yet, I can't seem to find a link on Dell's website that would allow me to do so.

I'd rather buy it online, but if I can't then I'll just phone in sometime during business hours. Any input would be appreciated.

As of this writing, Windows Mobile 2003 Upgrades are only available for ordering by phone. If you want to order it right away, you'll need to call it in.

I ordered on line yesterday at the Dell Site it is listed there. do a search for the part number. Then you can order on line!

Did you pay shipping when you ordered on the phone?

It does say 10% off when you add it to the cart but shipping is included...

Additionally, the discount usually only applies to online orders...

I just purchased my copy of 2003 and they give you the 10% discount at checkout.

Shipping is charged for my online and telephone order. Telephone order was $34.50. Online is $31.60. Ok..so I know it is only a few $$, but every little bit helps :)

Just got off the phone with Dell. They are crediting my account for the difference :D.

Gotcha, makes perfect sense to me! The reason I asked is because I did not pay shipping with my phone order, but I didn't figure they'd take an additional 10% off if I called (due to the free shipping).
