One odd side note: the online site only allows a single "Next Business Day" shipping option to Alaska and Hawaii residents, so a few us (like me) might actually be better off ordering over the phone, despite the current 10% off special. I ordered over the phone prior to the addition of online ordering, and was quoted the standard $5.50 shipping cost...

Since i should get this for free (ordered last week), how do i do that?

Well thats kind of annoying. Is this going to be one of those wait 90 minutes, get put to one person, wait 20 minutes, talk to another, etc., etc..? If not, i guess ill just do it, but im too tired to deal with poor service right now.

about the shipping option to alaska or hawaii, you can't get ground shipping to those locations. even on the phone, it has to be either next day or second day, because, for obvious reasons, ground shipping to those locations are impossible. even if someone over the phone quoted you ground shipping, the system would not have let them place the order with that shipping option.

Saw it on techbargains.com and ordered it with the 10% discount. $5.50 shipping but no sales tax. Shipping 7/25, but, my experience with Dell is that your stuff comes before the stated shipping date......

How can I update to PPC 2003? I need the Javascript support.

You can order it on Dell's website. The CDs won't ship until the end of July though, so it will be awhile before you get it. If you just need it for the Javascript support, you might check out NetFront 3.0 Browser. It handles Javascript and a lot more!!
