Yep mine is already shipped with ppc 2003 , quite amasing !

OH wait. Are y'all talking about an Axim shipping on 7/1??? I thought he meant the MM2003 upgrade was going to ship on that date. My mistake.

I know that all Axims shipped on and after June 23rd contain it.

I was talking about MM2003 upgrade kit, not a pre-installed AXIM..
My friend ordered *MM2003 upgrade kit* on the morning of 25th..
and he got est. ship date as 7/1..
Of course, it is for DELL, not for HP Ipaqs.. =)

Upgrading to MM 2k3 is just like updating to new ROM version. It does require hard reset and will definitely wipe out everything you have in Main Memory (RAM) and Built-in Storage (extra ROM space). Make sure you make a back-up of everything.

Gee... PPC2k4 will be out by then. I also ordered my wife the Axim 300 and it will be here on July 14th. Why the long wait? Why can they just take our money and then give us a link to download the upgrade.

A friend of mine ordered an Axim on Sunday and got a ship date of 7/3. I ordered the upgrade kit on Tuesday and my ship date is 7/23.

i bet you all 10 to 1 the upgrades will be here much sooner , cause with the axims , they said mine whould ship like in a month i got it a week later . So the date might change .
