U would have though that a company who has released such a succesful and sought-after product would be able to get its @rse in gear over how much, when, where, why on something as simple as an upgrade. Would be interesting to see whether owners of HP's etc have had the same problems.

Hi happycheesecake,
I left my order at work so I cannot get at it. The woman on the phone definately said, after confirming that ordering web page was legit, that the price was £31.24. When I queried about the postage and read out what the web page said, she then said the postage would be taken off at processing. We wait with bated breath! Someone must know what they are doing surely!!!
