Considering the Dell UK site says:

Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 Upgrade Kit does not incur any extra delivery charge purchased on its own (i.e. when purchased on its own freight will be deducted when order is processed)

How come I've had this TWICE from Dell regarding my upgrade order?
