I had a utility on an old Palm that showed a reminder message on the today screen when you had a previously recorded voice message that you hadn't yet reviewed. I don't use the voice recorder on my PPC too much, b/c I'd often forget that I recorded something earlier in the day.

LOL, a simple solution would be to put a recurring reminder in the Calendar (say every two weeks). :) Simple, reliable and free.
