Maybey if you call them, tell them you ordered it on the 23rd, and say theres a mistake or something when they look it up, i doubt theyd argue with you over. Oh well i dunno, i doubt it but no harm in trying.
Actually according to Dells rules a sale is not done and binding until they charge you for the device ... What day was your credit card charged? I mean if you ordered it on the 22nd they probably didn't process it until the 23rd or later ....
I ordered my Ax on June 20th and was told it would ship with PPC 2k2. I then placed the order for the (free) PPC 2k3 Upgrade over the phone.
A couple days ago Dell emailed me asking if I would be willing to cancel my Ax order and reorder my Ax so I could get the PPC 2k3 version.
I said, "No, I've been waiting 10 days already, please ship as ordered." The PPC 2k3 Upgrade order was processed the next day. (But wont ship till Aug 8)
