Need to run Palm Software

Greetings,
I have the Dell x50V running Windows Mobile 2003. I also have a program that will run on the Palm OS.
I'm almost sure that I read a short article or ad in PocketPC Magazine for a program to do just that and I've not been able to find it again.
Any ideas?
