convert from french to english OS

If you buy a PDA in France with french Windows OS. If you want to convert it it into english OS, is that possible?
One of my friends need a PDA in France but would like to have in english when he comes home.

A couple of people tried this with the A00 to A02 ROM upgrade and loss complete use of the Axim. The upgrade failed part way through and then it was not possible to create an ActiveSync connection to try to go back. There is a warning in the upgrade when you try it and if you go ahead, Dell has told at least one person the warranty was voided by trying.

Try ordering from England or Ireland...

Dell.com has a drop down menu to different countries...The prices vary though...Hint: You might get a better price buying from Dell UK because of the Pound to Euro conversion.

Or buy from the US and have it sent to someone you know and maybe they can send it to you...Just buy insurance and make sure to use a reputable company as my replacement Ax was stolen from the mail - The US Postal Service used someone I'd never heard of and someone in Barcelona is now sitting on the crapper playing solitaire on my Ax...

I was able to purchase mine at Dell Belgium with US English. Maybe this is the case on the French Dell site?
