PPC2003 upgrade from Dell Canada?

I can't find the PPC2003 upgrade on the Dell Canada website, nor does it come up when I search using the product id from the Dell USA site. Does anyone know how to order the upgrade from the Dell Canada website?

Well at the moment the USA website looks like it has gotten too many orders they are backordered it sounds like, my information is what i gathered from around the forums.

I called Dell Canada Customer Care this afternoon and they guy I spoke to about the free upgrade (I purchased mine on 29 May 2003). He checked and said that they just found out about it, took my order and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number is showing yet on the website but they are at least taking orders (appparently) and honouring the free upgrade for users who have purchased since 23 May '03.

Did you ever get a tracking number/order number to show up on the website?

I called in this morning as was told they were supposed to have it by the end of this week but they don't yet, even though it's Friday. I was told to try back early next week.

The number they gave me for tracking hasn't shown up yet (as of this morning). I guess we'll see what happens - at least they confirmed on the phone that the order is in and it will be shipped when they have the software.

I was informed the free upgrade doesn't show up on the online tracking... Maybe for purolator, but I have to call in to get that.
