You'll need to call Dell's order line to get it.
800-372-3355

If you bought your Ax after 30 May, then - according to Dell - you should be up for a free upgrade. If you bought it before, then you'll have to pay the $30 plus shipping ($5) for it.

Dell wont start taking orders for the free upgrade until 15 July.

I believe that if your axim has a service tag, you are eligible for the free upgrade, dells site will tell you where to look for the tag. I believe you need to take your battery out and its one of the many things listed on the sticker that is on the axim (covered by the battery)

Actually, nemattoad, all of Dell's Axims have service tags. It is indicatedon the unit underneath the battery. It is also on your invoice and on the box. It's just easier to take out the battery though. :)

well It was somewhere on this forum that some guy bought an axim from a third party and there was no service tag...

well anyways, contact dell and ask them for the upgrade and see what they want from you, I believe they will only ask for your service tag
