I called Dell today and asked for a price quote if I am to buy a large quantitiy of PPC2003 upgrade kits.

The sales rep told me that the best she can give me is 15% off and free shipping, so I explained to her that this it not a "special offer" and that the outlet site has the same exact offer without having to buy a large qtty.

She went to her manager and came back with this answer: Find a website that is selling PPC2003 and we will match the price for you!

Is there even any sites selling PPC2003 other than Dell's ?
