It keeps dropping, even from my works WAP. So I don't believe its working (correctly). I bought the WCF12 and the Dell together (not from same place), so I don't know if its a faulty linky either. Due to the other posts here, I am betting it's a driver issue.

Dell Lat D600: 1024MB RAM; 64MB Video; Bluetooth/WiFi INT Combo card; Windows 2003 Server.
Dell Dim 8300: 2048MB RAM; ATI Radeon 9800 pro 128MB Video; Windows Media Center 2005.
Dell PE400SC: 1024MB RAM; XTasy 9600 256MB Video; Windows XP Pro.
