where to find 2003 on Dell's Site???????????

I have tried emailing Dell and they are no help. I have clicked the 2003 link on www.microsoft.com to Pocket PC 2003 Mobile that SUPPOSED to take you to Dell's site to purchase the software. I have yet to find where to purchase this software. I saw where someone had posted that Dell was offering 10% off 2003 on the refurb site but it never gives me any items when I search.

I think I'm stupid. Please help me if you know of a link where I can purchase 2003 for my Axim!

P.S. Every once in a while my Axim (which is running 2002 right now) has problems trying to sync. It acts as it is not sitting on the cradle. Eventually, after a few soft resets and multiple times of replacing it into the cradle, it works! Anybody else having this issue?

Like was mentioned before, it is not available for purchase via their website for whatever reason.

You can easily call their 1-800 sales number and purchase over the phone using the SKU# that was provided above.

I think the reason it isn't appearing on Dell's website is that Dell knows their is a problem (see multiple other threads) with their version of WM2003 for the Axim. At least two people on this forum have been told by Dell rep's that Dell is currently working on a fix for WM2003 and it will hopefully be ready in the next couple weeks.

In the meantime, I think they aren't advertising it on their website until they know they have it fixed.

Who knows, we may see the upgrade CD's ship date fall back again if they don't get it fixed in time. Personally, I'd rather see them fix the problem before sending the upgrade out and making more unhappy customers.

you can call and tell them that you want the discount and they can issue it over the phone also. They did for me
