Should I.....
Go onto Ebay and buy a Dell Axim which has the cradle, 400mhz processor, all the good stuff for I think $279.00 plus shipping and then only have to buy a case or wait for Dell to get their crap together and buy one from them?

Yeah...I just did do that. If I want the 2003 operating system I can just buy it. This one is brand new not even out of the box and still has it's full warranty and it comes with a spare battery and 64mb so yay!

I got mine off of E-Bay brand new in box. I am having some trouble with the warranty transfer though.

Hmmm, I thought it would be pretty easy because I looked at it on Dell and it just seemed like a form to fill out but knowing Dell, it's not that simple....

It's alot better than waiting for this thing to be fixed. The 2002 system works great right? I was looking at the ppc2003 site and it seemed like it had a few good improvements but nothing that I NEED right now so I'll start off with this and if I want 2003, I'll get it.

I retracted my bid....the guy emailed me and told me he made a typo and it was 2003 so yeah...don't want that :P
